The suite had cable channels, a microwave, and a fridge - super convenient for snacks and shows 📺. The location was awesome, surrounded by shops and right by the train station, making it easy to get around. Plus, just 2 miles away was Golfcave for those looking to hit the links.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast and dinner service was very convenient.

The beds and the couch in the living area were very uncomfortable/hard.

The hotel has a great location compared to other places in the area, being conveniently located near New York, New Jersey, the parkway, stores. The rooms are nicely updated, spacious, and feature both feather and hypoallergenic pillows.

I did like the room..although the hot water was not working properly and the toilet plugged up.

The dog fee is entirely in appropriate. Humans cause more damage than the animals do. How about a deposit? If any damage is done to the room by a four legged critter...then charge that amount. Also, be aware that the normal rate is about 15 dollars extra for a pet. This is NOT a pet friendly hotel and you are being deceitful if you claim that you are.

Great location near transportation to New York, also better than other places in the area, with an unbeatable location and an amazing breakfast available for early risers in the bar.

Location was good, right off the highway.

No close by restaurants nor convince stores near by.

The location was fantastic and calm for such a small area, and we had a great time in the updated and neat room with a king bed.

The ac was not working properly. It would not lower so we slept w fan on windows open a very warm night. Hotel is near highway so it was quite loud. Couldn't sleep at all I called desk to tell them immediately as we didn't get back to room until approx 8:30pm but maintenance was gone and there was nobody there to fix it. They didn't offer us a new room or anything.

This place has an awesome location! It's right next to a train station and lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. 🚉🛍️🍽️ It's a great area to be in for sure!

Its location in Cranford was marvellous and peaceful, near to railway station, stores, the metro and even a contact number for transportation and great restaurant options and things to do with the kids.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful customer service!!!
